Dekel Kursh

Co-Chair

Dekel is an advocate based in Haifa, Israel. He is an experienced legal advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry. Skilled in Municipal Law, Administration, Legal Writing, Corporate Law, and Insurance. He has completed his LL.B; LL.M and M.B.A from the University of Haifa.

He is currently the Internal Legal Adviser (CLO) for the Kiryat-Yam Municipality since 2009 where he provides legal consultation to the city's council, its committees, and to the various branches of the authority, in all the areas of their activities and including, among other things, the following legal areas: public and administrative law, work tenders, contracts, municipal taxation and so forth. He is the in charge of the municipal claims network during criminal proceedings, enforcement of licensing statutes, local bylaws and other legislative issues which the local authority is in charge of enforcing. Throughout this position, he serves as the Attorney General representative, according to a personal authorization agreement by the governmental Attorney General.

He has worked with various companies, firms and independent advocates in the past and possesses a vast legal experience. He has completed more than ten training programs on various subjects of law and has worked with bar associations in Haifa
